Here's your schedule for the selected hours:
11:00 – Start of the "Blue EcoFest"
Every 30 minutes:
- Spinning training on stationary bikes (one session lasts 15 minutes)
- Silent fitness training (one session lasts 20 minutes)
- Yoga session (one session lasts 20 minutes)
12:30 - "What does the tree give us?" – Walk through the Silesian Park with Dr. Leszek Trząski from the Silesian Botanical Garden.
13:00 - Performance by the Leisure Time Club "Katosie"
14:00 – Karate demonstrations by the Youth Karate Group from MDK Katowice (followed by an exercise session for interested participants)
16:00 – Performance by the Song and Dance Ensemble "Tysiąclatki"
16:30 – Karate demonstrations by the youth group (followed by an exercise session for interested participants)
17:30 – Training and run through the park with Silesia Marathon runners
18:30 – Performance by the Song Studio of Aleksandra Stano
19:00 – Conclusion of the "Blue EcoFest"
