Training "Contact of an eco-manager with a difficult client".

In March and April, training sessions were held for eco-managers of the "Silesia. Blue sky restored" project, employees of local governments and employees of the "Clean Air" program.

The workshops were organized as part of the "Clean Air Academy" in cooperation with the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management, the Polish Smog Alarm and the Silesian Voivodeship as part of the implementation of the LIFE integrated project "Silesia. Blue sky restored".

The series of workshops included 7 meetings organized by four sub-regional associations that were project partners.

The workshops were aimed at improving the competences of eco-managers of the project "Silesia. Blue sky restored” and advisers for “Clean Air” in the field of working with a difficult client.

During the training, eco-managers had the opportunity to improve their interpersonal skills (including communication with potential customers of offices). They learned how to skillfully communicate with each resident, in particular with people struggling with financial problems, for whom changing the heating method to a more ecological one is not a priority.

The content and conclusions from the workshops conducted by Mr. Wojciech Walla will raise the level of expert qualifications of eco-managers, but they can also be useful in private life.
