"To the Blue Sky Together" - Meeting of Eco-Managers of the Central Subregion

The exchange of experiences, analysis of past activities, and discussing future steps were the goals of the recent meeting of the eco-managers from the Central Subregion. The event took place on October 13, 2023, in Katowice and gathered a significant number of eco-managers from the LIFE project "Silesia. Blue Sky Restored."

Eco-Manager's Handbook

The meeting was organized and led by the subregional project coordinators in collaboration with the subregional eco-manager. The first part primarily focused on the eco-managers' reporting of current tasks and discussions about upcoming changes and initiatives. The second part of the meeting included a presentation titled "Eco-Manager's Handbook: Best Practices in Daily Work," serving as a compendium of knowledge and advice useful for fulfilling eco-manager duties.

More Than a Profession

The time between presentations was filled with discussions, the exchange of ideas, and resolving any emerging doubts. The eco-managers of the Central Subregion are not just a group of people connected by the same profession, but primarily individuals united by common goals, so there was no shortage of topics to discuss.

The positive reception of the initiative confirms that such meetings will undoubtedly continue.
