Theatrical Performance Titled "Detective Cat" at the Municipal Cultural Center in Zawiercie

On September 21, 2023, at the Adam Mickiewicz Municipal Cultural Center "Centrum" in Zawiercie, a theatrical performance for preschoolers from the Zawiercie Municipality titled "Detective Cat," performed by the actors from the Kultureska Theater in Trzemieśnia, took place.

The protagonists of the play were: a singing cat - Maryla Kotowicz, Detective Cat, and his assistant, who conducted an investigation to find Maryla Kotowicz's missing shoes. During the performance, children had the opportunity to participate in solving ecological riddles left by the shoe thief. The children learned about proper ecological habits such as waste segregation, air protection, water conservation, energy saving, and reducing consumerism.

Preschoolers were actively involved in the play's plot - they sang, danced with the characters, and had a great time. Through play and interesting puzzles, the children received a wealth of knowledge about various environmental protection issues.

Before the actors' performance, eco-manager Paulina Podsiadło gave a brief lecture on air protection. The theme of the play aligns with promoting pro-environmental activities among the youngest residents of Zawiercie, with a particular focus on raising awareness about pollution and air protection.
