The announcement of the art competition "My Eco-Planet" in Kroczyce

Competition entry - a smiling planet with renewable energy sources.

In recent weeks, the art and technology competition "My Eco-Planet" took place in the Kroczyce Municipality, organized by the municipal eco-manager under the patronage of the Mayor of Kroczyce. The competition was part of the LIFE project "Silesia. Blue Sky Restored" and was aimed at students from all primary schools in the Kroczyce Municipality.

The task of the competition was to create a 3D art and technology project using recycled materials. The goal of the competition was not only to showcase artistic creativity but also to spread knowledge about environmental protection and ecology.

The competition was held in two age categories: category I was aimed at grades I-IV, and category II was aimed at grades V-VIII of primary school. The participants coped excellently with the competition theme and created works in a creative way, showcasing the future of our planet. The jury faced the challenge of choosing the best work among all the submissions received for the competition.

Ingenuity and originality were key, but equally important was the utilization of ecological knowledge. The artworks were meant to demonstrate how we ourselves can take care of our environment and become more environmentally friendly.

The participants of the competition presented their extraordinary ideas for the future of an ecological planet. They showcased fantastic city models made from recycled materials, green gardens filled with vegetation, and energy-efficient buildings. The young artists presented their visions of an ecological future in an incredibly precise and realistic manner. The competition works not only displayed the artistic talent of the authors but also their profound knowledge of ecology.

A ceremonial award ceremony took place in each school, and the prizes were purchased from the funds of the LIFE project "Silesia. Blue Sky Restored".

Ecologically themed art competitions are a wonderful initiative. Through such activities, young people expand their knowledge of ecology and also develop creative abilities that deeply stimulate their imagination.
