"Silesian municipalities under the blue sky."

In 2022, the LIFE Program, he EU’s funding instrument for the environment and climate action, turned 30 years old.
As part of the project "Silesia. Blue Sky Restored", 45 events were organized, which were included in the official jubilee calendar of the European Union.

This is the highest level of involvement among the European Union member states. Events organized by the project partners account for 12% of all jubilee events in the EU and 80% in Poland.

The jubilee celebrations end with an online photography exhibition "Silesian municipalities under the blue sky".

The photo exhibition presents photos from selected municipalities included in the program “Silesia. Blue Sky Restored”. It shows the beauty and diversity of the Silesian Voivodeship.

The photographs present unique places where air protection activities are carried out.

“Silesia. Blue Sky Restored” is the largest EU program on this subject.

All communes in the Silesian Voivodeship are supported by eco-advisors who selected the presented photos.
