Kroczyce Children's Day in Eco Style

Children's Day is a special time when we can bring joy to our little ones and show them how important their dreams and desires are to us. This year, the Municipality of Kroczyce decided to celebrate this day in an eco-friendly style, teaching children how to care for the planet while enjoying outdoor play. This approach combines pleasure with usefulness, giving the youngest residents a chance to learn about ecology in an engaging way.

During this year's Children's Day, Aneta Szczechla, the eco-manager of the Municipality of Kroczyce, organized various ecological workshops. Children participated in themed games, completed coloring books, pumped balloons, solved ecological quizzes, and gained valuable knowledge about air quality and environmental protection. These activities not only entertained but also educated the young residents of Kroczyce, showing them the importance of taking care of our planet.

One of the key elements of the workshops was themed games and activities aimed at ecological education. Through interactive tasks, children learned how to sort waste, save water and energy, and understand recycling issues. This approach made learning fun, and children eagerly participated in each task.

At the end of the day, each child received a small gift – plant seeds to plant themselves. Every little one will have the opportunity to observe how a plant grows from a small seed, learning responsibility and patience in the process. This is an excellent way for children to see the effects of their work firsthand and understand the importance of caring for the environment.

The Eco-Children's Day showed us all that caring for our planet can be not only necessary but also enjoyable and full of joy. Children returned home not only with smiles on their faces but also with new knowledge and ecological awareness that they will surely share with others.

The organization of this event by the Municipality of Kroczyce is an excellent example of how to combine education with fun while engaging the local community. The workshops led by Aneta Szczechla were a huge success, and children joyfully participated in every planned activity.

Kroczyce Children's Day in eco style is an event that will be remembered for a long time by both children and their parents. It is a great initiative that showed that learning about ecology can be a lot of fun. Children not only had a great time but also learned how to care for our planet. Thanks to such initiatives, future generations will be more environmentally aware and responsible.
