Interschool Anti-smog Team in Kroczyce

On the occasion of Earth Day, the eco-manager of the Kroczyce Commune created an "Inter-school Anti-smog Team" at the primary school in Kroczyce.

This is a step towards protecting our planet from air pollution. The task of the Team is to educate about the threats posed by air pollution and methods of action to improve air quality.

At the first meeting, workshops for children were organized, during which the children prepared a beautiful school newspaper on ecological topics.

During the workshops, students also learned about such concepts as: eco, ecology, air, smog, suspended particulate matter. The children learned about the causes of smog.

Students also learned about the health and environmental hazards of air pollution and what actions should be taken to reduce the risk of smog.

The meeting was attended by students from several schools from the Kroczyce Commune, who will operate under the supervision of Aneta Szczechla, eco-manager of the Kroczyce Commune.
