Field Game "Lufcik on the Trail of Clean Air" in the Krzepice Municipality

On June 29, 2024, during the County Travel Festival in Dankowice Drugie, the field game "Lufcik on the Trail of Clean Air" took place. The game was organized by the Eco-manager of the Krzepice Municipality, Joanna Grzyb, and the Subregional Eco-manager, Dominika Bukalak-Gaik.
The main goals of the game were to shape pro-ecological attitudes, enhance awareness of the necessity to care for the environment, stimulate creativity in children, youth, and adults through solving puzzles, and promote the educational and informational campaign conducted under the slogan "We Take the Air Under Our Wings."
In the Sports and Recreation Complex in Dankowice Drugie, the Eco-managers hid 9 puzzles. The participants' task was to find and solve all the puzzles, which allowed them to obtain letters for the main slogan. The Śląski family: mother Anita, father Michał, daughter Julka, son Antek, and grandfather Krzysztof accompanied the participants in their search for answers to the most pressing questions about air protection. The guide for this fascinating game was LUFCIK – a friendly parrot, the symbol of the fight for clean air in the project "Silesia. Blue Sky Restored."
The game was primarily an opportunity for parents to spend time with their children. Searching, discovering, and brainstorming together over solutions certainly brought a lot of joy to the participants. Those who completed the game said that it gave them a lot of satisfaction from overcoming the difficulties to reach the goal. This form of activity in times of quick and easy solutions turned out to be a hit.
The field game "Lufcik on the Trail of Clean Air" is an official partner event of the European Union's Green Week 2024.
