Eco-manager at the playground opening in Ciechowice.
On June 3, 2023, the grand opening of a playground in Ciechowice, located in the Nędza Municipality, took place.
It was an occasion dedicated to the purpose the place served - providing fun and fostering community integration. Many families attended the festive opening, where they were treated to sweet refreshments and numerous attractions.
Besides enjoying the new playground, children had the opportunity to interact with police officers, get a close look at a police car, and meet the police mascot, Sniffer the dog. Firefighters were also present at the event, offering the exciting experience of a foam soccer match and the chance to explore a firetruck from the inside.
Artur Syrnik, the eco-manager of the Nędza Municipality, educated the youngest attendees on pro-environmental attitudes. Children could participate in an ecological quiz and receive small prizes for correct answers.
Meanwhile, adults had the opportunity to inquire about funding programs for heat source replacement, the possibility of combining local and nationwide initiatives, building thermomodernization, or installing photovoltaic systems from the municipal eco-manager.
