The District Harvest Festival is one of the major events of the year for the entire Zawiercie County. On this day, rural women's associations could showcase their wreaths, while farmers could proudly display the harvests provided by our Mother Earth. The Harvest Festival is an intriguing tradition, perpetuated in this county year after year. A multitude of guests from across the Zawiercie County visited the Żarnowiec Municipality, providing an opportunity to collaborate and carry out informative and educational activities aimed at reaching as many individuals as possible and influencing the attitudes of local communities towards improving air quality.

The eco-manager booth was at the center of attention, attracting crowds of people eager to learn more about ecology, sustainable development, and environmental protection methods. Equipped with knowledge and educational materials, the eco-managers endeavored to present the topic of ecology in an accessible and engaging manner for all age groups. They provided information regarding heat source exchanges, thermal modernization, and financing options for such endeavors. For children, they prepared educational games and activities related to air quality.

The presence of the eco-managers at the district harvest festival marked a significant step towards propagating ecology and sustainable development within the local community. Through engaging educational initiatives, residents gained a new perspective on environmental care and practical guidelines for incorporating ecological habits into daily life.

This year's harvest festival demonstrated that education plays a crucial role in cultivating environmentally conscious communities. The eco-managers’efforts served as inspiration for other local events, showcasing that simple steps taken each day can contribute to a lasting harmony between people and nature.
