Clean Up the World campaign in the Kroczyce municipality

On September 20, Eco-manager of the Kroczyce municiplaity - Aneta Szczechla organized a campaigne - Clean Up the World in the kindergarten in Siamoszyce.

Siamoszyce is a picturesque town located in the heart of the Jura, with numerous forests, meadows and a beautiful reservoir located near the school. However, in order not to disturb the beauty of this place, it must be taken care of. That's why the Eco-manager visited the kindergarten kids and cleaned up the area around the school together. While cleaning, the children also learned what recycling is and how to properly segregate waste, as well as the impact of air pollution resulting from burning waste on our lives and health.

The kindergarten in Siamoszyce is small, but the teachers and children are full of enthusiasm and commitment. The clean-up-the-world campaign was an excellent opportunity to show the youngest how important it is to take care of the natural environment. The children were provided with special gloves and garbage bags by the Eco-manager and then they started working. They collected garbage with a smile on their faces, and while working, they asked many very interesting questions, which proves that they are interested in environmental protection.

For many of them, it was the first event of this type, which is why they were even more interested. The goal was not only to clean up the area, but also to educate the youngest and instill in them love for nature and responsibility for it. The priority was to make children aware that we all have a huge impact on changing the world for the better.

During the campaign, preschoolers had the opportunity to learn why keeping the environment clean is so important, what the consequences of pollution may be, and what simple everyday habits can help protect nature.

After cleaning, all children were rewarded with an ecological key ring.
